I ordered a twin size beach quilt for myself and two mermaid quilts. One for each of my grand daughters for their birthdays in August. I just love them. The size, colors and weight are perfect for me. I really don't care for heavy quilts or blankets so this is perfect as I said. Also, I live in a warm climate so this works out great for naps. My granddaughter loves her blanket and I'm so happy it arrived on her exact birthday 6 6 20. The blanket is beautiful

I ordered two of these blankets/throws. One for myself as a retired RN, and one for my DIL who is ready to graduate as an RN. Just received yesterday and I am very surprised. They are absolutely BEAUTIFUL.
The material is a little stiff when you first get it out of the package but I attribute that to being vacuum sealed. I put it on my bed last night and when I got up this morning there was no more stiffness.
The colors are brilliant.
Shipping took about two weeks, out of NY, but is well worth it.
I don't know how it washes yet.
Quality is excellent and I will buy from blockofgear again. Especially since birthdays are coming up.

I recently purchased & received my "Musical quilt" It's on my bedroom all, because I wanted to be able to see & read it all, as well as I wanted my friends, guests, etc, read it so I've put it on my bedroom wall. I love it. Thank you for this "so me" quilt in my little musical house.

I got this quilt to comfort me for my first Mother's Day without my beloved husband. He would always get me something with a beautiful card from my kids. I was amazed at how big the twin is. I thought I would use it for a throw on my couch, but it goes across my queen size bed and up to the pillows. Will get to use it both. I have had many compliments on how beautiful it is. It does take awhile for the shipment to come, well worth the wait.
